During our collaboration, dear guests, we will use the informations necessary for the booking.
We are committed to not selling, distributing or providing those informations to third parties. Only and exclusively in the event that the guest makes the reservation, the owner of the accommodation will be provided with the information collected during the registration of the stay:
Name and surname
Number of valid identity card or passport
Date of birth
City and state of residence
Citizenship
Period of accommodation

The above informations are necessary for the registration of your permanence.

Third parties are not authorized to use personal information except for the purpose of providing such services. We will use the information in accordance with the privacy rules applicable at the time of data collection.
If your personal information changes or if in the future you don't want to take advantage of our service, we correct, update or permanently remove your personal information (unless otherwise provided by law).

The agency operates as a mediator for accommodations and excursions.

The activity of our agency is subject to the official control of the Ministry of Tourism, Trg Republike Hrvatske 8/1, 10 000 Zagreb

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT- Inquiries and booking of accommodation can be done electronically, by mail, fax or in person at the office of the agency. After receiving the inquiry, we will check the availability and confirm the required service to the client, or offer alternative possibilities. If the client is agreeing with the offer, a final confirmation from the client will be required. Reservation is possible only by paying the pre-reservation amount (deposit). Guest will pay the rest of the reservation amount in the agency, on the day of the arrival. After receiving the deposit we will send the confirmation of reservation by e-mail with the details of the booking arrangement.


THE PRICE- Prices published in every accommodation unit includes basic services: the daily renting, bed linen, a kitchen (except in case of renting a room without kitchen) equipped with all the necessary dishes and cutlery, water, electricity and gas consumption.
The price of accommodation is given in EUR. The price is subject to change according to the exchange rate of the authorized bank.


GUEST OBLIGATIONS: By confirming the reservation, the customer accepts to pay for all damages caused directly to the host. Guest need to have valid travel documents.
Every guest who stays in our accommodation, have to provide personal data within 24 hours of arrival, to provide a personal identification document or personal passport at the time of registration, due to the legal obligation registration of stay. The personal document will be request exclusively for the guest's registration of stay.

 

NOTICE FOR CONSUMERS' COMPLAINTS
 
In accordance with the provisions of Article 6 Paragraph 1. point 3 of the Law on Provision of Tourism Services Official Gazette no. 130/17 written complaints of consumers can be filed:

- send to: Rakam Trade d.o.o., Gradska vrata 45, 52466 Novigrad, Croatia.
 
The complainant's complaint against the service provider will confirm the receipt of the complaint without delay in writing form and in writing form  will reply to the complaint within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

 

BOOKING CANCELLATION

Cancellation is possible only in written form to our e-mail adress: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
The guest can change the number of people or cancel the reservation no later than 90 days before using the service.

The agency will be able to return the paid deposit as follows:
80% of the total deposit, upon cancellation from 90 days to 45 days before the date of beginning of use of the service.

If the guest requested to cancel the reservation 45 to 0 days before the start date of the service, the agency reserves the right to keep the total amount of the deposit.
